One of the biggest mistakes many business owners make is treating everyone as a potential customer. You’ve likely heard the saying that when you serve EVERYONE you truly serve NO ONE. That’s why niching down and being clear about exactly who you are here to help is so important.

In the first of this three-part series, we’re focusing on finally nailing down your ideal client and creating a customer avatar that you can envision every time you begin to talk about you and what you do. After this workshop, you should never have to stare anxiously at your computer screen wondering what to type again. You’ll be able to put on your ideal client hat and feel the words begin to flow out of you.

Key Learning Objectives:

Put together an ideal client that clearly reflects who you are here to serve at this stage in your business.
Know what sales copy to write in your next email funnel and what to post online to attract your tribe.
Be intentional about which social media channels to spend your time on.
Know where to advertise and what events to be a part of so that you can get in front of your ideal client.
Be able to explain who you want to work with in a way that leaves your network knowing exactly who to refer to you.
