Memories+ Adult Program and Wellness Centre is dedicated to providing a place for adults to enjoy meaningful engagement in a fun and interactive supervised environment.
Some features of the Memories+ Program Centre:
- Full and half day programs available with options of 1 to 5 days a week.
- Fit Minds™ Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) programming is built into daily activities.
- Holistic approach to programming including physical, emotional, cognitive and social programs promoting overall wellbeing.
- Fresh snacks and fully catered hot prepared meals daily.
- Supervised trips and outings.
