Bob Kyriakides Bio:

Bob Kyriakides has been an IT professional for the past 38 years. Although his grassroots are in programming, throughout his career Bob has consulted on almost every aspect of technology. He was the youngest Field Service Supervisor in Gandalf Canada's history responsible for 8 field technicians, 2 inside support staff, and a service area from Kitchener to the Quebec border and spanning the north shore of Lake Ontario all the way up to Timmins. Bob's a patient instructor who makes learning about technology interesting and fun. Most prized amongst his super-powers is Bob's ability to translate geek-speak into regular English. Bob enjoys helping people overcome their technology hurdles - whatever they may be. His areas of specific interest are data privacy and security, and heroic data rescue.
